Center console paint or restoration!

i finally found a god center console all intacked, no cracks, only thing is the gray color and vinal in two small areas are ruff.
so i wanted to know if anyone knew of how to paint and what spray paint to use on it, color code ect. or of someone who restores them.
i bought the center console and shifter for $20 yes very cheap..... 😀
anyone in the boston area should check this guy out.

can you post pics of it, but as far as paint, a scotch brite pad, spray cleaner or acetone, spray adhesion promoter and sem paint, comes the closest I have found to factory paint, while also maintaining good quality
