yes the cutlass can have aluminum bumpers, i got a perfect back aluminum bumper from the junkyard for 50 bucks
 
The bumpers themselves are chromed steel, or painted steel. Every one of them.

It's the reinforcement for the bumper that is made out of aluminum.
