Im doing a 78 Malibu with a big block with a five speed tremec. The question I have is can your run long tube headers with a manual clutch or do you have to run a hydraulic clutch? I would prefer to run a manual cable clutch because I like the feel better over a hydraulic.

thanks heimedw.

what is the difference in the feel of a cable vs. hydraulic? I have driven Mustangs with the cable set up and F bodies that have the hydraulic and there was no difference. I have the hydraulic set up with a centerforce duel friction and it's a heavy pedal due the pressure plate
