Where do I bolt on the clutch pedal stop?

Do you mean a positive stop for the pedal travel? That should go on the firewall or floor, not downstream on the linkage. Be sure the clutch disengages totally, measure with a feeler gauge, and be prepared to adjust it a lot. That's really a racing item and you already know how weak our firewalls are. I'm thinking it will require some reinforcement at the mounting point.

So was it not a factory equiped part?

Oh ok. I thought it was something I needed. Where do you connect the return spring, the other lower hole on belcrank and on the frame in front of the auto shift bracket?

It's a good thing to have so your foot stops as soon as the clutch is totally disengaged. But as things wear, the adjustment changes and you can have incomplete disengagement and the gear clashing that follows. See in the picture, the spring? It goes between the clutch fork end hole and the frame, kinda shabby if you ask me. I use several springs, one between the clutch fork and the lower hole on the "Z" bar to keep the adjustable pushrod secured. Another between the same lower hole and a hole on the frame, for positive linkage return. Finally another from the clutch pedal itself to the firewall. As you can see, I loath a pedal that doesn't snap right back to total disengagement.

What's the point of of the one from the firewall to the pedal, doesn't that negate the one from the share to frame? Where can I get more springs?

😳 My mistake, I meant from the pedal hanger to where the steering column mounts to the dash. (half asleep). Yeah, it's probably overkill but I absolutely hate when the pedal pulses from the throwout bearing riding the clutch fingers. The stock spring is very available but the others I scrounged up. In fact I think the pedal to column one was from a screen door.

You got any pics of your spring setups mark?

Not handy. But all I did was get creative. I put a spring so each part of the linkage was positively forced back to the "off" position. Like, see the stock spring? Imagine another from the fork to the "Z" bar, same hole.
