My car won't start now, it did and I drove it down the road and just died. Pulled these codes. I guess a new MAP sensor is needed. Would this cause the car not to start?

I dont see why the map sensor or egr valve would keep the car from starting. Did you see if the car is getting spark and gas?
the MAP sensor EGR codes are effects, not causes.
first, make sure the carb squirts fuel when you snap the throttle. then check for spark. next check compression on all 8 cylinders.
