I plan on getting the tubular upper and lower control arms for my 82 regal and they have 2 different types. What is better?

The thing you have to think about with coil overs is weather or not the shock mounts can support the weight of the car. I have seen crappy coil overs that caused structural problems on unibody cars because they placed too much stress where it didn't belong. I would probably stay safe and use coil springs if you plan on keeping the car structurally stock.
