I had to order some things and trying to order them online from my computer for an hour or so was impossible but trying my cell for something else I thought I'd try to get online with the store and I was able to order the things I needed. How can the cell get through while the computer cannot?. Both the computer and cell are on wifi through the same router...... 🤔

Cell phones will use a mobile version of a website. Which is smaller in file size, loads faster. Desktop sites may be overloaded from people being home.

My guess is that there is an issue with the internet browser on your computer. When something doesn't work for me in Google chrome, it will usually work in Firefox and visa versa.

no, fleming442 is right, it was just luck that I was able to order the stuff on my cell and I don't use chrome, I only use Firefox
