Do the 3 speed and 4 speed Cutlass/Buick console plates have the same size shifter hole opening?

Thanks!

I would have to dig mine out of the parts bins but I'm pretty sure they are the same size.

TURNA, the sizes of the openings between the 3 and 4 speed plates are identical:

The one on the right is a 3 speed one, it’s just missing the wood grain appliqué and the indicator insert.

On the backside however, the number of “windows” to illuminate the gears are different. The 4 speed one obviously has an extra window for the extra gear. The “windows” are defined by the rib of plastic that separates each gear, but I’ve found from experience that it messes with correctly lighting the gear if you try and use a 3 speed one with a 4 speed and vise versa.
