Was just wondering what after market rear control arms people where using i was looking at the lakewood lift bar set up supposedly to help with traction. Any body currently using them?

I have the Edelbrock anti-hops (same as Lakewood lift bats), along with their trailing arms and trailing arm braces. I had the whole setup installed at once, so I can't say if it's the anti-hop bars, or the trailing arms that made the difference. But what I do know is now I have absolutly no more wheel hop.

As far as the trailing arms go, most brands should be good. The edelbrock stuff is nice, but way over priced. If you want the best trailing arms out there, these are susposed to be the best: \

And with the lift bars, I have heard that they are only reccomended for cars with less than about 400HP.

Also, I don't know how it is with all the other brands, but my upper arms are the double adjustable kind. I would get the solid ones, unless your building a serious track car and plan to do a lot of test and tuning. Plus, the adjustable ones make the rear feel kind of sloppy. I reccomend running a rear sway bar with them.

actually i recommend the adjustable uppers since people usually lower the car too. since lowering changes the pinion angle in a negative manner you need some way to fix it.

Ahh yes, I forgot about lowering. I still run the stock springs so that wasn't an issue for me.
