Ok first off what kind of oil should i use in a rebuilt motor with around 30 miles on it.....i would think synthetic would be good but to thin...?and is a climate of between 70-85 degree summer heat what would u suggest for coolant mixture.......................> ..............50/50...70/30...30 being coolant and thermostat 185 always seemed good? what plugs would y'all suggest and gap? i already have msd plugs and distr.....and transmission fluid suggestions ....its a 455 olds btw
