Will a corvette fuel filter/regulator work on a lt1 swap? Not really sure about the pressure difference.

Im not sure on the lt1. Regardless of that tho are your fuel rails the returnless system or is there return under your feed line??

It has a teturn line at the rail, but read somewhere someone talked about running a tee or caping off the return line making a dead head system. The corvette regulator is set at 58 psi I know the lt1 only puts out 40 to 45 I think so I wasn't sure if I could use it.

If you dead head the system you will need a variable speed fuel pump controller. EFI pumps are designed to have return flow for cooling and a return style system is easier on the pump because there are no pressure spikes. Also if you go with a returnless (deadhead) fuel system you need to plumb it with enough rubber line to absorb the pressure spike when injectors close, or you will burn up EFI pumps rather regularly.

Correct me if im wrong i don't know much about the LT1 but i do know a little about the LS. I assumed you were going to use an LS corvette filter and when i asked if you had a return less system at the rail that doesn't actually mean a return less system. The corvette filter has a built in regulator so anything above its rated psi gets sent in threw the built in return line on the filter back to the gas tank so even though there is no return line at the rail there is still a return line. No need for a fuel pump controller. Which as far as i know you can buy aftermarket different rated filters from 30 psi to 90 psi. If they still make them.

You can buy aftermarket rails with no return feed or plug the old one if you really wanted too and just run an aftermarket LT1 regulator adjustable.
Or run stock rails with factory regulator and return feed.

No offense im not really sure why a controller would be considered lol

Do you know where I can buy the filter in different pressure ratings?

Well mike like i said im not sure if they still make them and that was an aftermarket part only not OEM. I think the OEM ones only come in 60 to 90 psi. But you can buy aftermarket regulators for the LT1 with a return less rail. From pump IN then to rail OUT. Then return from the regulator back to the gas tank. Then you can adjust to your needed pressure. It would basically be the same thing except you would need a separate fuel filter
