82 El Camino SS 305/350 pw/pl/air/tilt/cruise intermittent wipers. F41 with posi rear(gears unkown at this time) This thing is very original, (except striping) right down to the spare tire air fill adapter.

I actually had this one first and found the other in the middle of the tear down. It's a 79 Camino bought with a 350/350 same options with remote RH mirror. Found the build sheet when I was tearing it down(under the headliner). Pulled the body off the frame and the underside fell off(read pretty rusty) so I put it on hold for now and started working on the 82.

I should probably start an album. Here's a pic of the tear down and the body coming off the frame on the 79. This was last summer of course.

Here's a pic of my son welding in one of the replacement rear frame rails. At 16 years old he was welding circles around me. LOL

He'll be 18 tomorrow. He took a night and weekend class called Custom Car Construction. The guy there always said well the factory built them one way once now it's time to modify them. He learned to weld among other things there.

He also helped me a ton on this project a few years ago. I couldn't sell for what I wanted so I gave it to him on his 16th birthday.
