Couple questions

Get an exhaust on the thing. You can ruin the valves by reving it without having a decent length of pipe off the manifolds.

The reason it's backfiring is it's sucking air back up into the exhaust after you let off the gas which leans out the mixture.

Forget about the question you asked.
Reread everything you wrote a couple of times....
Ask yourself if you were correct with everything you wrote/said/did.
Let us know how it worked out.

everyone else thanks for reading and contributing '0'

while driving it through the side streets i felt i should have more pick up/acceleration and i read that without backpressure you lose low end torque but gain hp i dont know how true that is but i felt like it was sluggish never went passed half peddle though the thing is worse than a harley lol

well took it to the shop and they wanted 100 dollars each for flowmasters installed or 35 bucks a piece just to install so i just said hook up the duals and il bring some mufflers out the junkyard or something so it has straight pipes right now true duals. still loud as hell but it is quieter and safer for the valves and il get the mufflers on next week. alot less backfiring but still a little especially when i came off the freeway lol. under the hood is quiet now so i could hear motor and man not the slightest tick 😀
