Sucks you can only choose circumcised or uncircumcised. That's not really customizing. You should atleast be able to make it longer and crooked. Maybe a turbo 6 logo customization.

Honestly, I feel CDPR built themselves onto this with the Witcher 3 and it’s over the top sex scenes (in my opinion at least), and this feels like something that was tacked on just to say that the game has it. The whole thing feels like a publicity stunt if I’m honest, and feels kind of familiar.....
