cutlass 3.8 converting to turbo gn

I am going to be acquiring a whole top end with all the goodies including brain wiring and turbo from a Grand National and want to swap it into my 86 cutlass what am I up against as far as weird things that have to be changed but are often over looked. I dont have the parts yet to start comparing to the cutlass and I know it will be laot of work. Was wondering what problems I might have doing the swap. Will the stock engine handle the turbo set up?
