I’ll try to keep this brief: In a previous thread, I communicated some issues I was having with a serpentine belt I purchased from CVF. The system was over-priced but I saved and made the purchase because I assumed I was getting a high quality product. I had the kit installed by a very reputable “high-dollar” shop that specialized in racing motors and configurations but this product has failed and been inoperable for the 8 months we have had it at the shop trying to fix it and make it work. And to add insult to injury, the management staff (Trevor in particular), was very defensive, rude and deflective in every conversation to the point that we couldn’t have any dialogue or resolution. I’ve asked several times to speak with the owner or anyone besides him but he has basically stone-walled me.

I believe this shop knows they sale shitty products so they are already on defense mode when customers call to get assistance. I made the mistake of purchasing but I hope anyone that reads this thread DO NOT purchase anything from this bulls*** company.

Pretty vague...what are your specific complaints?

I hope that wire/zip tie mess is not indicative of the work of the “high-dollar” shop

were the hoses part of the kit?
The hoses and fittings and most of the front end is all part of the kit. Specifically, the fittings were not the correct ones for the kit on the original order I made. “Nick” apologized for sending the wrong fittings but the others he send that were supposed to be the correct “6AN” still popped.

The internet make people like you way too comfortable typing comments that we both know you’d never say to a man like me in person.

I would ask the same face to face.

All I see is PS leaks. from AN fittings. Are there other problems with the system?
Don’t walk it back. As a “supporting member” you took an unnecessary jab with the zip tie comment to a member who’s in the middle of restoration. Moreover, your contribution was back-handed and antagonistic. I’ve been apart of this forum since 2010, and I was under the impression we were here to advise, share, motivate, etc.
My contribution was designed to share my experiences so people like you could avoid unnecessary pitfalls. I’m not here to do the internet postering. And no, you wouldn’t say that to me. I assure you.

They treated me outstanding on my stuff

Looks like a hose wasn't made right.. easy fix
I’m glad you had a favorable experience. I don’t wish my experiences on no one.
Next, I plan to take my reviews to Google to share with a broader more objective base.
