Cylinder heads go where?

Are SBB 350 heads interchangeable from right to left? If not, are there any ID mark that indicate what side they're from? It's '77 block with stock heads

they don't have a left or right for buick engines but the head gaskets have a left and right. If you put the wrong head gasket on the left side there is a water port that is covered with the left gasket but not the right. I will never forget that lesson that I learnt at 2 am when I fired up the engine on a 76 buick I had...

I would find the holes for the front system like alternator ect and put that forward
