Dash cap for gauge surround - Olds

Anyone know of a place that sells just a cap for the gauge surround for a Cutlass?

Everything I find online has both the full dash cover and the surround. My dash is in great shape so I really don't need both.

Dunno what color interior you have or if this helps, but I have a gauge surround piece. I dont think it has any cracks, maroon in color.

I just bought one and it turns out to be cracked. 🙁

The original one out of my car is actually in great cosmetic condition, however the plastic that the little spring clips go through that holds the woodgrain to the dash has broken so the woodgrain has nothing to hold it on.

I have two other gauge surrounds here but both are cracked in a very noticeable spot.

I'm trying to weigh my options here to decide on a plan of attack. The cheapest but most labor intensive solution would be to cut the good piece of mounting plastic out of one of my spare surrounds and then epoxy it into my original. Just haven't decided if that's the way I want to go yet.

I will check it out this week if i get a chance to get over to where the parts are. IIRC it wasn't cracked and the part where the wood grain snaps in was good. I think when I pulled the car apart to junk it was the first time those pieces were out.

Okay, nevermind. I tried fixing mine last night using some epoxy paddy and it actually worked really well. 🙂
