what's up everyone, well i just picked up a nice crack free blue dash from 85 and want to paint it grey like the rest of the car or black not sure yet but what are the steps to doing the painting i know to clean it good but what about buying the right paint an also read one time you need a another spray to make sure the paint stays on? thanks

SEM does a good job. Adhesion promoter is recommended.
Just do an Internet search to find a place to buy it.
I did all my interior pieces they came out very nice.

Yeah did a nice job on your interior. Did you have to take out the dash to paint it?
 
how do u remove the dash i was goin to try it but i dont wanna break nun?
 
Just start unbolting screws that look like they are holding it on. That is how I removed my first dash. You will think you have them all and it still won't pull away ... there are quite a few on the underside as well :mrgreen:
