At first blush it looks to me like the fender needs to be pulled in a bit at the back instead of the door coming out, which fender alignments are done mostly be adding/removing shims. Be VERY careful doing this sort of work. One wrong move and boom, everything is out of whack. Especially if you're jacking around with the door itself. That's done by loosening the door hinge bolts on the door itself, and once that's done, the captured nuts inside the door allows some vertical and horizontal movement of the door. That can get you chasing your tail real quick if you screw up those hinge locations.
What does the rear of the door look like? If the seams are straight and even with the body back there, then check the rocker to bottom of the door clearances to ensure it's straight and even.
