ok guys, when the car has been sitting for a few hours the window will go down with no problems. but going up is a diferent story. it will only move a inch, if i wait a few mins it would move another inch and so. i live 15min from base, so by the time i get to work its only half way up. pulled the switch and all the wires were good, passanger window goes up and down just fine. any help?

there is a short cut to changing them. There are dimples on the inside door skin that line up to the rivets, or bolts if the motor has been changed before. You drill out the dimples about 1/2" and you can then drill out the rivets or remove the bolts fastening the motor to the regulator, remove the motor and replace it. I'm sure there is a thread in here with a picture of the dimples I'm talking about but I'm not sure who posted it...hopefully he'll see this and post it again..

as for the motor I got mine from the recyclers, I'm not sure where to buy them new..
