Easiest way to get body off frame???

Hey guys im trying to get the body off the frame so i can paint frame and suspension and change body bushings. Any tips or threads on how to and easiest way?? Thanx in advance

I used my cherry picker using the seat belt bolt holes.

Great idea. Ima try that thanks. What about when i take front clip off any tips on what to put it on to keep from bending or being damaged
