Edelbrock SBO OL4B Intake with HEI?

i picked up an older performance edelbrock intake for my 350 for 20 bucks. its a OL4B and the seller said he had it set up on his 68 olds 350 and had HEI with it. I have heard of clearance problems with this intake and HEI but im trying to find some other input.
