el camino euro headlights help?

Im looking into buying some euro headlights from a 1980s caprice for my 85 elky. Ive seen them on el cos before but is there a certain way to mount them on on do the screws line up with the orignal mount? :? :?

You'll have to do some modding to the light hpusing. Here's a pic of my boys elco with some 89 Caprice euro's. You have to trim the light bezel as well. You'll need some sort of of spring to help hold the light in place also. The next time I shoot thru my boys crib, I'll get some detailed shots of how he set it up. I have some Euros and will upload the pics showing where to trim. Use the 87-89 Caprice lights. Do not use the celebrity eurosport lights as they are a tad bit smaller. The 87-89 Caprice lights are bigger, flat faced and sit nice and square inside the grille.

I have those lights now. He found a cleaner set and passed the old ones to me. I'll get some pics up when I find the lights.

I'm very interested in the swap also, so thanks in advance for any information you can provide. I have a spare set of headlight doors, so I have no problem with cutting them up. Can the lights be aimed properly, both high and low beams?

I was ready to sell them on craigslist because i thought they wer gonna be to big but i guess not.
any help on the mod would be more than great cus i dont wanna damage the clip. cant wait. thanks
