The panel I found goes along the wheel well. And I think the last time I looked at if I remember correctly it was inches away from the rocker. And ya the body shop is in option but not at this point in my life with going to college and stuff.

Does anybody notice that my wheel looks sort of turned? I can't figure out what or why it is like that. Maybe just out of allignment or a bushing maybe?

Well, judging by the fact that your lower rocker molding is smashed and wrapped back along the contour of the frame, I'd say the damage is much deeper than you seem to notice.

That simple patch panel will not fix your car.
The inner rocker and wheelhouse areas behind that dent will need to be pulled straight or cut out completely and replaced before that patch panel can be welded in place.
The smashed in rocker could be tricking your eye into thinking the wheel is crooked, or it is still very likely that it took some impact and the wheel is bent.
