it’s neat. I wouldn’t want to do it to mine, but it’s neat. I saw that in a mag a few years ago. I believe it’s a kit. Looks like one way to fit wider rear tires.
 
I love bullet nose Studebakers, but never did like that nose on anything but a Stude. That car was well done, but still, not my cup o' tea.
