I have been trying to get my wife to let me build a garage onto my house, but she wont let me. The reason is that we plan to move in a year or 2, so I decided to get an enclosed trailer instead. This way my car will still be protected. Do anyone else have an enclosed trailer, if so what size? Had to add this: I just need the side, because I am going to finance it. I just need to know what size trailer I need to be looking for.

I just sold a 102" wide 26' bumper pull a few weeks back. It had a kitchenette and toilet in the front also and an AC. It pulled like a brick even behind my F250 7.3 with tunes. Just too wide and flat faced. We even camped in it a few times. Never got but one really funny look.

I think mine will be for sale in a couple of weeks. My buddy says he is selling his after one more race - if he does I'm buying it. Mine is a 2004 Owens Classic Dominator 24 ft new awning, new E rated tires & rims (280 mi's) electric tongue, carpeted inside w/ alu runners, 5200lb axles, covered winters. It's not a cheap-o asking $5500

Yes, yours is very nice. I plan to finance the one I am getting and I want it to be a V Nose. The reason is I used a friend's trailer that had a flat nose and it had a lot of wind drag and I refuse to put a wing on my truck.

If you are financing, your going to have to take a personal loan or buy a new one. These things don't have a blue book value.

I've been researching enclosed trailers for a few months now.
If it were me I would go with an 8.5'x24' at a minimum for ease of resale. You also want to get one that has the 5200# axles. The ones that come with dual 3500# axles will be close to overloaded by the time you get a full weight Gbody in there.

A local place to me sells Sure-trac trailers for around $6,200. That's an 8.5x24 with wedge front, 10,000lb gvwr, dual electric brakes, etc.

Yes, I was looking at this company.

Watch for those yahoo's. I've seen the same company listed with 3-4 different names. Seems they have a terrible reputation and apparently change names when they run one into the ground.
