Engine paint color

So I am thinking that I am going to get a lashing here so here we go anyways.

I have an Olds Cutlass and am placing a buick 350 in the car. I have many reasons for the simple change over but I will apologize ahead of time for the guys that like to keep olds with the olds. I understand your point.

With all this being said, I have a Buick motor. The original factory color of the engine is a dark red. If this were you in my circumstances would you paint Olds colors or Buick colors

Hell I could say f it and paint it Black.

You probably could ask 100 people and get 200 answers on this one. I'm one of those keep Olds with Olds guys. But thats only on my car. Your car your choice. But since you asked about engine color I'll share my opinion. I say go with the original red for several reasons. First of all I like Red. But mostly to keep it original and to show that it's a Buick engine.
