How centered does the pipe bend need to be in reference to the axle?

Also can anybody tell me the approximate location to put the exhaust hangers? The car had zero exhaust components when I bought it so I have no clue where to put the hangers.

The factory hung them from the upper shock bolts. I put a hanger off the crossmember right behind the muffler, and one on the frame rail right where the tail pipe exits.

Is it possible for you to get me some pics?

Here's one that I found from when I was putting the exhaust on. You can see the bracket by the tip, then I added brackets at the muffler outlets. I'll make it out to the barn to get some pictures tomorrow evening if this isn't enough.

When I made my Monte's 4" tailpipes, I mounted then underneath the rear frame rail but they also bolt to the roll bar.
