why not get the weld on ones bigger than your exhaust and drill and tap them to make them screw on
thats using your noggin!...best idea yet...

My tips are welded on. Takes about 20-30 seconds on each tip with an SOS pad to clean.

I know this might sound silly but how do I go about doing this? Never done this or seen this done before.

Alot of them have built in clamps now.
Where can I get one that is 18" long and fits on 2.5" pipes that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

head down to sears and pick up a tap set and then find the set of tips you want but dont get them too much bigger. mark maybe like 3 or 4 spots to put set screws in evenly spaced and drill holes a tiny bit smaller than the tap your going to use. start threading in the tap and back it out and keep going a little further in each time till go go all the way through then find some screws or bolts to thread in and your done!

I ordered my tips from Jegs and put them on over the weekend. I got 18" tips with 3.5 outlets. They look nice.
