F41 UPGRADE

BEEN LOOKING ONLINE AT A BUNCH OF F41 BRACES. HOW MANY DIFFERENT BRACES ARE THERE? IS IT REALLY WORTH ALL THE TIME/MONEY AND EFFORT TO INSTALL THESE???? TEACH ME WISE ONES 🙂 LOL.

You will find any combination the bars or none at all . But the GP HAd the most common i find.

I know others complain about not having good junk yards. But my favorite junkyard, you can grab all the brace for like $10 all day. To them it is just scrap tubing and is worthless. Here the a list of all Factory brace that can be found: Fender to Core brace (Late 70's Monte/Malibu), Core to Firewall brace (found mine on a bonneville and Im not talking about the cheap clothes hanger style), X Radiator Brace (all models), GP Brace (of course a Grand Prix), Jounce Brace ( all models except GP becuz they have the GP Bar), GP/GNX Stamped rear seat brace

i have the core to firewalll and the lower front frame ones on my 79 monte carlo parts car. Just wasn't sure if those were part of this pkg. I take it that i will have to drill the holes in the firewall? do I have to drill any wholes in the ones underneath. I am to lazy to crawl under my car lately 🙂

THE CRADLE TO FIREWALL BRACES I DO HAVE TO DRILL THE HOLES ? I WAS LOOKING WHERE THEY ARE MOUNTED TO MY MONTE ON THE FIRE WALL AND I DON'T THINK MY MALIBU HAS THE HOLES????
