factory alarm

hello people: My 86T has it and it never worked. But if it worked does it scream like a siren or what? I keep the sticker in the back window glass but I almost took it off today as it doesn't work.

Dunno. First I've heard of a factory alarm. Weirder stuff has happened. I know they had an Accessories alarm module and kit. Had a siren horn under the hood and 4 miles of wiring. I might even have an alarm module somewhere. Don't know if it would be the same as accessories part numbers changed often.

hello people: I do have my sticker it's UA6. theft deterrent system $159.00. IT never worked and I don't see any horn or anything like that in the engine bay. I'm just curious about it.

Usually repair info for security systems are kept from easy public access to prevent thieves from gaining such infomation to to use to disable such systems. Even access to modern VATS repair is usually locked behind OEM paywalls partly as a security measure.
