Has anyone seen this video yet? Insane! All using a special custom built 5.9L twin turbo engine loosely based on a SBC.

Very Impressive to say the least.d Doesn’t even sound like he’s wide open throttle until about 210mph

I read It’s a 366” LS style motor with a flat planed crank they spin to 8800. Nelson Racing Engines built the motor. 1750hp on e85 and 1350 on pump gas. This thing is a rocket!!!

I read it was sbc based but the rest was the same.. and yeah right around 220 he really cracks it open 😎

I really thought it was done around 240, then sh*t got REALLY FAST!
The ride (or road) seemed so smooth too.

I'll admit this is one if the first Nelson powered vehicles that I have actually seen perform. Most seem to be 30 seconds of street burnout video followed by 5 years on the car show circuit.

I wonder what the production volume will look like. Surely sub 10. I doubt Nelson is going to be building 100 of these.

It's wild that he grabs another gear at 240mph. Amazing how smoothly that car performs at those speeds. It looks almost effortless.
