Favorite TV Shows of The 90's

I forgot, the many Star Trek series, all were good even Enterprise. First Contact was awesome at the theater, only one I saw other than the reboot. It was ridiculous how long it took them to make another series for TV. In a lot of ways Orville is more "Trek" than the new series. I hate poor lighting on shows to make them edgier, they made up a fancy excuse on the new Trek.

I forgot to mention The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and In Living Color

Fresh Prince and ILC were def up there but have to agree with NY Undercover that was my favorite that actually made it for a good run. I always pick the shows that get cancelled

Watched them both all the time. The stars that came from both series. My middle daughter really got into the Fresh Prince. I liked In Living Color maybe better than Saturday Night Live which had an amazing cast in the 90's. Jim Carey and Jamie Fox became big stars, no doubt because of their exposure on that show. Homie the Clown, Handy Man, Fire Chief Bill, the school shop teacher played by David Allen Grier. We seriously had a wood shop teacher with a limp who always wore plaid shirts. If he would have been African Canadian, it would have been like the twillight zone.

In Living Color was the one show I remember talking about all the time. I want to keep this g rated and one skit I remember where I had a drink go through my nose from laughing was one where a few were in a pool and it was a fake ad for a certain kind of pad and when she jumps in you see the pool water start to swirl into a whirlpool and everyone spinning as the water is being absorbed. It was crazy funny. I was glad to see the Wayans Brothers go into the movies with Scary Movie, White Chicks, Major Payne, etc. Great stuff.
