I'm talking with CPP about having them revise their Corvette spindles to be about an inch taller. I'm waiting on them to shoot me a number on how many would need to be pre-ordered inorder for them to change their design. How many of yall would be willing to pre-order a set or a full brake package with the spindles included if they did this?

No one? It seems like this kit would fix a lot of problems for not a lot of money and be even better if it helped correct geometry

Would these be similar to the tall 2" drop spindles they sell for the 67-69 F-body platform that also allow you to run a C5 hub bearing and brakes? I have those on my 67 Firebird with stock C5 brakes all around, love them!

Yea, for some reason, CPP believed G-bodies didn't need taller than stock spindles when they came out with their C5 brake spindles so I'm trying to convince them to change the design before I buy them

I called them about two years ago inquiring about the same spindle and got the same answer. If they did produce that spindle (tall + 2" drop + C5 hub), then I would be in for two sets as both of my 78 Buick and 85 SS need brake upgrades and I am very pleased with the setup on my 67 Firebird.

Well, i got an email back from them saying they aren't interested in revising the design because tall ball joints exist

Oh well

i have the cpp c5 spindles and i used tall upper and lower ball joints worked out well (tall lower ball joint lowers the car and improves the bump steer curve) only issue i have is the bearings having some play after 3 months of summer driving timken bearings anyone else have this issue? what other brands have you used ? if i remember correctly cpp was sued for patent infringement or something if they used tall spindle design by ATS i could be wrong
