Fill roof rack holes?

Yeah Jack, they look good, not an eyesore. Plus no water will get in, as I would HATE to ruin my new head liner. The reason I removed it besides being loose, is that I am about to do a quicky paint job. (she's looking kinda shabby lately) It's real hard to spray a car here in Queens, so I'll use a brush with some self-leveling boat paint. Now I can paint right over the hole covers and they should blend right in.
 
Here they are. Clipsandfasteners.com has anything you could imagine. My car needed the M6x1.00 well nuts that are made by Auveco #13002 which is for GM# 20130258. I also grabbed some 1/4"-20's #1095 which are GM#528846.Crummy pics, it's my fault.
