Mid Michigan
Hello all,

I've been cruising this site for a while now, posted a few times but it is about time I introduced myself. My name is Jerami and i'm in mid michigan. I had/have an 81 cutlass supreme for my first car. Typical granny car 3.8, green interior, manually everything, no options. But it was in great shape. After driving it for about a year and a half I blew that little 3.8 right up. So it sat for a few years till I got old enough to buy my own place and bring it home to work on. Long story short it was going the way i wanted and really wanted a t-top car. So thats where i'm at now. I just picked up a t top cutlass in detroit in november. It was a missouri car so its pretty solid, but i'll save the rest of that for a build thread...

Nice to meet you both, finally some Michigan people!!! I live in Westland, MI.. I just got my 84 Regal yesterday shipped up from the south. Cant wait for the Woodward dream cruise and I think I'll be taking her to the Frankenmuth car show in September.

Maybe one day we can all get a nice Gbody run!!!

Welcome, can't wait to see the build thread on this one. What are your plans for it?

Well, Trying to make it mostly stock. I got an 8.5 rear end from a trashed 442, got a 403 .30 over with some 7a heads from joe modello, and gonna have my 2004r rebuilt. The interior i'm gonna redo with all black. Got to find a place to get my seats recovered, I want leather. I've been slowly gathering things for this for the past five years, hopefully it starts coming together. I've already got rear ls1 brakes for the 8.5 and the zq8 spindles with c5 brakes for the front. My next project is getting the frame welded on, getting some supports welded in and then get it blasted. After that will be brake lines and gas lines. Then maybe the motor and transmission.
