Well, a couple days ago I was scrolling through Facebook and saw an 86 Monte Carlo SS for sale posted "2 minutes ago", with pretty much only this picture in the post.
So I messaged the guy and asked him for more pictures and info of course, turns out he inherited the car 8 years ago and began building it but lost interest. It sat untouched in his pole barn for over 7 years before he finally decided to sell it. He told me it has 0 rust, crate 350, th350 trans, and brand new, mint condition wheels and tires. Needless to say I bought it about 2 hours later. I'm going to keep it a sleeper and build the engine. I haven't decided what I'm going to do as of yet but I'm leaning heavily towards a 383 and forced induction. Any comments / suggestions would be heavily appreciated. Here are some more pictures of her.

Welcome to the forum. I love that blue color and the factory rims! Those were really nice cars in stock form.
Thank you for the compliment, but sadly it is not blue it's black. Must be a glare or something

Got her washed up, I thought I was going to have to repaint her, but after washing 8-10 years worth of dirt off, she looks alright.
