Since that hole is for the tube that would go to your factory air cleaner I would suggest looking for a push in breather for that side so the pvc system still receives filtered air.
 
Yes I believe so. Should just need a grommet that fits the valve cover, then a breather that fits in the grommet. Sweet car to by the way!!
 
A grommet should come with the breather. And if I were you, I'd turn the driver's valve cover around so the oil cap is on the front. And hell, if you're in there why not spiff em um? Take a wire wheel to em, prime, and paint them satin black. And get a chrome oil fill cap. I find em in junkyards every so often. The one on my car I nicked from a yard. Only because they were being *ssh*les before I even set foot in the yard.
 
I would measure the diameter of the hole on the valve cover so you can match up the grommet and breather to properly fit, there are many different styles and colors that will fit and do the job and depending on the hole size there are also breathers that have a rubber base that do no require a grommet.

Thank you everyone. You have all been very helpful. I'm definitely going to clean it up. Love the junkyard tips haha. Any more suggestions?
