Fitech fuel injection

I have a fitech fuel injection system on my 1986 Monte Carlo ss....It came on the car when I bought it...it works great but I'm having a hard time getting it set to start better...any suggestions appreciated

You may have better luck on a forum specifically dedicated to the FiTech units. The aftermarket EFIs have a lot of online support.

You should also be very specific, is it trouble on a cold start, hot start, running at a cold idle etc.

I am more familiar with the Sniper units, usually with those you can upload your tune and data log along with the description of problem and many will offer help. Usually a hard start is as simple as a quick adjustment on the laptop.

I'm sorry I guess I worded wrong...it's on cold starts....

Cold starts require more fuel. You should be able to modify those parameters.
