is it a flywheel or flexplate?...either one does fit both though

ok cool yea the flywheel that goes in back of the motor my 350 doesnt have one so i was gonna use the 307 one for it providing i could use it

What pontiacgp was getting at was, a flywheel is for a manual trans and a flexplate is for an automatic trans.
