Foiled interior door trim

Is there a place to buy chrome foiled interior door trim that runs along the armrest area?

You're talking about that crap in the back seat insets? Or the crappy stuff they put on the supreme front doors that has black strip in-between?

Either way, there's got to be a better way. That stuff couldn't take the heat and either wrinkled up and fell off or turned black and splotchy. I guess if you had it in a perfectly controlled environment it may do well, but otherwise...

I'm not sure of a suitable remedy for said junky parts.

Front doors with black strip in between is where my problem is.
any help on finding a replacement is appreciated.

I think your only chance of finding those strips is to have them made a local custom upholstery shop.....

Those are heat fused to the door panel material. I don't know how they did that process, but it cannot be easily duplicated. Wish it were. Even the aftermarket door panels that mimic those don't have the correct style chrome beading.
