Anybody have a decoder for the numbers that are stamped in the parts of the frame? Also, what is the JC plastic tag and I assume it correlates to the JC on the picture attached. Most of the numbers that are stamped in the frame parts are 3H292 but some other numbers that differ. The VIN is stamped on the side of the C section of the frame as well.

I don't have my books in front of me but it looks like the part number is first - 14059169
Next would appear to be the manufacturer initials and Julian date. 330 is late in the year and the 2 could either be 82 for a early 83 car and the second 2 is for second shift.
10 19 83 appears to be the date but I can't say for certain if it's the car assembly date or not. What is the build date and year of the car?
