Rust Free Because You Spray Painted The Frame??

If you are still searching i have an el camino I can be convinced to part with. Southern California from 1987-2014 with original owner, since then its been in Florida. No spray paint. PM me if interested in more info and pictures.

looks like a light color overspray on the frame horns maybe silver my guess it had some recent paint work done besides the fresh black paint underneath .

This was inside my frame rail behind the rear bumper when I took the body off of my wagon. That dirt is probably older than I am. I just painted over it though 👌🏻

Yeah keep that in there it sandblasts the inside of the frame every time you stop and accelerate keeping it rust free.😉

"rust free" is a mouth full. i'll 2nd what someone else said 'go look it over'. my car could be considered rust free too having had frame rust treated & paint, rot spot cut out and replaced, body repainted and again rot spots cut out & repatched properly. every car gonna have some rust or had. from what i seen doesn't look bad. now as for gas tank looking replaced, could be sat too long at 1 point or just decided to switch it out for new.

here's my underside after exhaust & gas tank replaced. corroseal & rattle canned it with those out and since replaced suspension.

I have to admit my ‘Mino had only surface rust when it came up out of Georgia. The body wasn’t so lucky, but mostly water leaking in and pinhole rust
