Frame VIN

I know this comes up from time to time, I found a partial VIN on my donor frame. It has country of manufacture, year, assembly plant, and the last 6 digits of the complete VIN. It was on top of the right side frame sidemember, about 8 inches behind the center (#3) mount

Mine was on the side near number 3 I have a 79 what year is that frame?
