thing to look for. Tear out the carpet in the trunk and check the strut towers. They fail really bad. Did in mine. So bad the top of the tower was ready to collapse. Overall good cars but have their share of problems. Im not into Front wheel drive cars anymore either. TOo much of a pain in the *ss to work on.

And here I thought GM only made cars with bad electrical systems, engines and especially transmissions. I didn't think the body shells were faulty too!

I have never had that problem with mine. My sisters Dodge Stratus had that problem.
