Hello, for some reason my front bumper keeps pulling in to the right. It was like that when I got it. I gently pull it and it pops back into place. This caused the bumper to cut into my og 87 grill now I'm going to buy a replacement(later before or after body paint). Anyway The point I want to get across is there anyway to adjust and tighten this? Or is some jerk carelessly bumping me?

there are four studs on the bumper itself that have slots to make the bumper adjustable so I'd be looking at those to see if they loosened up.

If I'm reading that correctly, it sounds like your bumper shock is failing.
You could replace it, or try one of these poor mans fixes...

Pull it out like you said, and drill a hole into the shock right next to the base of the piston.
Put a good sized self-tapping screw in the hole, and it should prevent it from sucking itself back in.

You can also try pulling it back out and throwing a couple tack welds around it.

Do you know were I can get them? Also do they leak? Cause the left rear has all this oil on it I thought it drip trailed from the front rear of the engine.

If you wish to replace them, you'll have to pull some good ones off another car, since I don't think new ones are available anymore and nobody makes reproductions except for the solid aluminum ones intended for drag racing...

The shocks are filled with oil, and yes, over time they can start leaking.
That's usually what causes them to start sucking themselves in towards the body.

Another thing worth mentioning to anyone else thinking of trying to fix theirs...
The fact that they're filled with oil is what gives them their ability to absorb impact.
If they were empty, they would just instantly collapse.
If you weld on them without drilling a hole to drain/vent them, they could potentially explode, which I'm sure anybody would like to avoid.
