so really when it comes down to it, its just a letter, and its all almost the same, close enough anyway, and by 'basic' i meant nothing xtreme like QA1's, stuff like that, maybe airbags in the rear later, thanks for all of the help
 
One other small difference in the frame is the trans crossmember attaching points. If u go with a T5, Th700-R4, or TH200-4r u will need a frame extension on the drivers side. 85 up and some 84s had it installed for the OD trans and crossmember. Your crossmember mounts at an angle and mine is more straight across from side to side. Nothing major, though.
