No diagram but I can describe it for you. You have an inner and outer tie rod end connected by an adjusting sleeve on each side, left and right. One end(outer) connects to the spindle on either side. The other end (inner) connects to the center link, also called the drag link. The center link is connected to the pitman arm on the driver's side (Pitman arm comes off the steering box) and to the idler arm on the right side(the idler arm is bolted to the frame rail).
The spindles are the part between the upper and lower control arms that the brakes and wheels mount to. The upper and lower control arms are connected to the spindles by the upper and lower ball joints. The control arms are connected to the chassis(frame) by bushings for the lowers and by a control arm shaft mounted via upper control arm bushings to the control arm.
You also have stabilizer links that connect the sway bar to the lower control arms.
