Front headlights wont come on??!!

Which wire should i be looking for? My headlight were working before i replaced my dash, i didnt cut any wire and all looked good, i checked all fuses and we good there non out, i do have the plug and play HID lights as well, i disconnected them and tried my OG headlight and still no power to them, all my other light come on, side marker, tail lights etc... Just no headlights...pontiacgp where u a buddy lol... School me!!

I'd check to make sure you have power at the headlight switch in and out. If you do then check the sockets for the headlites. And check the grounds if you have power at the sockets

Ok know when u say ground, u mean that one black wire that under the dash near the brake relese? Thats the only ground i remember i took off when i removed the dash... Let me go ck

Ok my light tester went out had to get get another lol...

So theres power to the socket, when the hids are plugged into the gm socket testing with light looks like there power with the lights on!! I tried my stock headlight and it a bad headlight lol opps , so i won know if its the hids untill i can get a H4 buld to plug it in to make sure if its the headlights of the wiring.. Right?

make sure you have the ground on each side from the harness for the hids. And make sure the connections are clean. I hard-wired the black. brown and green light wires to to the HID harness and sealed them with shrink tube so it'd be a good connection.

Went to autozone and got a H4 bulb and it comes on!!! i think the HIDS are bad... If im getting power and the bulb turns on, it has to be the hids, i should i got the buld first before i posted, i cked the hid grounds and wires, its a plug and play setup, even turned around and nothing, good to know if i want to put H4 slivaina bulbs i can to drive at night, going to call the hid guy, 1yr warrenty.. Lol thank pontiacgp 🙂
